The concept of Ponta Nascente Accommodation was born from the restoration of an old family-owned ruin, set by the sea within a protected environmental area.


We decided to breathe new life into this space, creating a warm and tranquil haven at the eastern point of São Jorge Island, Azores. Its name reflects both its location—“Ponta”—and its privileged orientation toward the sunrise.



From the house, guests can enjoy views of the lighthouse, the Atlantic Ocean, Ilhéu do Topo, and in the distance, Terceira Island.

The property comprises one bedroom, which can be adapted into a triple with a crib, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a storage room.
Outside, there is a spacious area ideal for relaxation and welcoming pets, along with private parking. Guests have all the necessary facilities for meal preparation, complimentary Wi‑Fi, and everything needed to ensure comfort and safety.

The accommodation consists of a bedroom that can be converted into a triple room with a crib, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, bathroom facilities, and a storage room. Outside, there is ample space, ideal for leisure and for accommodating pets, as well as private parking. Guests have all the amenities for preparing their meals at their disposal. They also have access to free Wi-Fi and everything necessary for everyone's safety.
